无氟防水剂的适用范围及其效果分析

无氟广泛应用于箱包布、帐篷布、鞋材面料、户外服饰、工装面料、产业用布、纯棉面料、服装面料、休闲服和雨伞布等等。

无氟的显著特点：

1.不含APEO、PFOA、PFOS；

2.符合目前世界上对各类环保的要求；

3.符合ZDHC有害物质零排放的要求；

4.处理后不会影响面料的透气性；

5.赋予各类织物优异的防水及防虹吸效果。

以涤纶为例分析（耐水洗）：

防水测试标准：AATCC-22

当用量20g/l时，初始防水100分，水洗20次后防水90分；

当用量在30g/l及以上时，初始防水100分，水洗20次防水仍可达到100分；
